Why so expensive? The configurations are minimal on most of the models and nearly all of the prices are $1500+!?

From what I can see, the prices are in line with most other business notebooks. A similarly spec'd Dell M4400 goes for around the same (if not higher) price



However, can someone show me difference between these two configs? They look the same to me...

One is a "Smart Buy" and the other one is a Not-so-smart Buy? I don't know.



Keep in mind that many HP mobile workstations come with 3 year on-site warranty.



I don't know why all these models still come with 2GB RAM. 4GB should be standard for a 15.4" highish-end laptop.

I just ordered mine through pcmall.com. It shows as pre-order but they called me this morning to verify payment information. They will ship it out tomorrow.



Though, I believe it fully when i see the tracking number...
